Sales Supervisor II | Hoffuf, Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

This role aims to deliver the company’s growth objectives by optimizing sales and distribution of all Almarai Bakery products in the designated area. The role requires strict adherence to operational policies and procedures and maintaining high sales and merchandising standards through strong leadership of a team of salesmen.

Activities:

  1. Conducting effective session endorsement: Hold daily review sessions with Salesmen/Assistant Salesmen to evaluate performance.
  2. Morning duty: Ensure all sales vans depart on time and support Salesmen with issues faced at departure.
  3. Target setting and review: Regularly set and review targets for Salesmen to meet sales and growth objectives.
  4. Route management: Initiate new routes and review existing coverage to optimize resources.
  5. Field assessments: Conduct route ride-alongs and field assessments for all sales personnel in the area.

Requirements:

  • Diploma certificate required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales supervisory experience in a van sales environment, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Key competencies include: knowledge of FMCG sales operations, numerical and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, team leadership, negotiation skills, time management, and motivational abilities.
