Key information

The vision of the Smart-commerce team is to digitize brand owners and selling partners by providing a suite of product offerings across the business lifecycle. We are building a solution to enable sellers to set up their website and scale their independent online business, serving customers with the most effective ways possible. We aim to be the one‑stop shop for all e‑commerce needs of small & medium D2C brands. This initiative is part of the Smbhav announcement (https://smbhav.amazon.in/grow-with-amazon/smart-commerce) establishing Smart-commerce as the team building solutions to digitize SMBs.

Responsibilities
  • Understand products and services offered by SmartBiz and articulate their features and benefits to our target sellers/cohorts. Be the eyes & ears of the market to identify insights and product requirements.
  • Pilot & experiment with different target groups to identify the most ideal customer set for our product.
  • Act as a SME for 1 or 2 areas of the overall product from GTM to provide relevant insights & influence the product roadmap. (Ex: Catalog setup, Seller Analytics etc.)
  • Onboard the right set of sellers onto our product & establish processes to ensure quality of launch.
  • Consistently innovate to improve efficiency across the sales funnel from lead to launch.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
  • Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
