Job description

The ideal candidate for (B2B Sales) will be responsible for product sales, customer support before sales, after-sales services, detailed information about the product and the extent to which it meets the customer’s needs, and to show the advantages that the company enjoys attracting the largest segment of customers

Responsibilities
  • Building a positive relationship by communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate product.
  • Receiving clients' complaints, dealing with them positively, trying to solve all their problems, and submitting the complaint to the direct manager if the solution is not possible
  • Explaining the product details to customers before signing, making sure that the service to be provided to the customer is available, receiving all the required data and papers, and making sure of the payment process.
  • Matching all data, ensuring its accuracy, and following the procedures required when contracting
  • Make daily receivables and balance sheets to close the branch sales and hand them over to the branch supervisor
  • Submitting the daily sales report to the branch supervisor.
  • Coordination with the concerned departments to solve the problems that occur to the client and hand over the workers
  • Submit the report of customers' visits to the branch on a daily basis.
  • Follow-up with the requests submitted by the call center and submit a report on them.
  • Maintain a decent appearance and adhere to full uniform
  • Commitment to implement procedures according to the department's procedures manual
Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
