Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the Sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent client relationships while seeking new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Executing sales department strategy.
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, aligning with internal teams.
  • Achieving sales targets in line with overall financial objectives.
  • Contributing to sales growth and constantly looking for new opportunities.
  • Feeding future market trends back to the sales manager.
  • Contacting potential clients and scheduling sales visits.
  • Consolidating and presenting proposals as well as undertaking pre‑sales activities.
  • Assisting Sales Manager in meetings and events.
  • Constantly updating the sales pipeline.
  • Closing and following up on each opportunity.
  • Providing competitor analysis and benchmarks to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
  • Receiving and handling client feedback and complaints, ensuring customers are satisfied and their needs are properly addressed.
  • Coordinating payment collections with Finance and collection teams.
  • Performing other related duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a specialization in Business Administration).
  • 3‑5 years of sales experience (preferably within the logistics field).
  • Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Exceptional closing skills.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
