Job Summary
Responsible for supporting the Sales team in achieving sales targets and maintaining excellent client relationships while seeking new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Executing sales department strategy.
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, aligning with internal teams.
- Achieving sales targets in line with overall financial objectives.
- Contributing to sales growth and constantly looking for new opportunities.
- Feeding future market trends back to the sales manager.
- Contacting potential clients and scheduling sales visits.
- Consolidating and presenting proposals as well as undertaking pre‑sales activities.
- Assisting Sales Manager in meetings and events.
- Constantly updating the sales pipeline.
- Closing and following up on each opportunity.
- Providing competitor analysis and benchmarks to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
- Receiving and handling client feedback and complaints, ensuring customers are satisfied and their needs are properly addressed.
- Coordinating payment collections with Finance and collection teams.
- Performing other related duties assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a specialization in Business Administration).
- 3‑5 years of sales experience (preferably within the logistics field).
- Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel.
- Exceptional closing skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
