We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Specialist to lead direct sales efforts for Retailerbook’s AI-powered B2B platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure — working closely with retailers, distributors, and manufacturers across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Sales Execution: Actively prospect, pitch, and close sales with retailers, distributors, and manufacturers across target industries.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct in-person and virtual product demos, clearly presenting the value of Retailerbook’s SaaS and AI-driven solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deal handover and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS, B2B platforms, e-commerce, or supply chain solutions.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Based in Madinah, with willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.
