Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Dammam. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

• opening new markets for the company
• communicating with existing customers
• providing excellent customer service
• managing sales processes
• developing and implementing sales strategies to and overseeing sales management tasks to ensure KPIs targets are achieved
• The Sales Specialist will work closely with various teams to deliver outstanding service

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in related Sales (Preferably Motors Rewinding Services) or having an experience in Sales related to Electrical/Industrial field
• Has been dealing with leading companies like: SABIC, SWC, SEC, MAADEN, ARAMCO, MARAFIQ, NWC, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targetsCompetency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English is required
