Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Aim to achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
  2. Identify and approach target customers in relevant industries (e.g., injection molding, blow molding, film production, pipe manufacturing) in both local and export markets.
  3. Promote and sell the following products:
    • Recycled PE pellets (sourced from landfills, off-grade petrochemical materials, and defective factory scraps).
    • Recycled PP pellets (from the same sources).
    • Customized PE/PP blend pellets based on client requirements.
    • Off-grade virgin materials from petrochemical companies (not recycled).
  4. Regularly visit current and prospective clients to understand their needs and offer suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  5. Coordinate with the production team to supply samples and manage delivery timelines.
  6. Prepare and present competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors\' activities, and customer feedback.
  8. Manage export logistics: including shipping, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders and customs agents.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Graduate from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of recycled plastic materials, particularly PE and PP.
  • Knowledge of Injection molding, Blow molding, Extrusion process, Rotational molding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to read technical specifications and prepare commercial offers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
