Job summary

A leading provider of technical inspection services is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage market research, generate leads, and support tender preparations. The role requires a Degree or Diploma and 3-5 years of experience in TIC within GCC countries, alongside a GCC driver's license. Key responsibilities include negotiating deals, securing orders, and collaborating with the operations team. This position is based in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province and offers an opportunity to engage in business development within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience with Degree OR 8 years’ experience with a Diploma.
  • Work experience with TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) in GCC countries only.
  • GCC driver’s license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Manage and support in tender preparation and submission.

Client Overview

Our client, a leading provider of technical and industrial inspection services in the GCC, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join their Technical Services Division within GCC Industrial Inspection Services (GCC IIS).

Responsibilities
  • Manage frequent market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and report the status of the pricing developments, new projects, competitor news.
  • Approaches the market by arranging meetings to generate business opportunities through but not limited to cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Approaches the potential project parties at all project stages (PMC, Consultants, EPC, Subcontractors… ETC)
  • Manage and support in tender preparation and submission, negotiates, and closes deals.
  • Meet the targeted Conversion rates of enquiries, number of meetings/ client interactions and generated revenue.
  • Secure the order by proper follow-up with the client and remain supportive of the work order until invoice collection.
  • Work closely with the operation team, invoicing and collection team ensuring there are no bad debts and supports the execution of their orders.
  • Manages key accounts by cross selling and upselling all available services.
  • Participates on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Collaborates with sales team members to achieve better results and increase leads.
Qualifications

Degree OR Diploma in either Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or other relevant qualification.

Experience
