Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Purpose
Achieve sales targets, expand the company's customer base, and build strong, lasting customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Achieve monthly sales targets for retail sales.
- Conduct daily visits to customers and potential clients.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales activities, including number of visits and new sales opportunities.
- Follow up on new sales opportunities and focus on closing deals.
- Ensure accuracy of customer documents submitted for product requests.
- Provide comprehensive product training to customers.
- Develop and implement a sales plan by sector (e.g., general contracting, education, health), customer needs, and geography.
- Continuously develop sales skills through training.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts; stay updated on new products and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Resolve customer issues and meet customer requirements.
Performance Metrics
- Meeting assigned monthly sales targets.
- Number of daily customer visits.
- Quality and accuracy of weekly reports.
- Successful conversion rate of sales opportunities.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel to meet clients.
- Compensation includes basic salary, housing allowance, transportation allowance, car or vehicle allowance, mobile allowance, and commissions.
- Three-month probationary period. Performance is evaluated every three months; repeated failure to meet targets may lead to termination following company policy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: Previous sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
