Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales and client management, preferably in the engineering or services sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base in Riyadh.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales activities with project requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback to management.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in engineering or services).
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Valid residency in Riyadh is mandatory.
