The Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling maintenance contracts, service agreements, and after-sales support solutions to existing and potential customers. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, identifying customer needs, and ensuring recurring revenue through maintenance and service sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell preventive and corrective maintenance contracts and service agreements
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure contract renewals and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer equipment and service requirements
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service offers
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales in line with company policies
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure accurate scope of work
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and expired or expiring maintenance contracts
  • Monitor customer feedback and address concerns in coordination with service teams
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer data
