Experience: The candidate who works in Real Estate Department must hold a valid Real Estate Broker License issued in Saudi Arabia.

Salary Range: SAR 6,000 + commissions per month

You will represent the company in communicating and negotiating with customers, promoting high-quality projects and products, driving sales, and establishing long-term cooperative relationships.

This position requires fluency in Arabic and English, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work comfortably in a multicultural and high-standard business environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, proactively identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Introduce company products/services to customers, accurately understand customer needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in the entire process from business negotiations, quotations, follow-ups to contract signing.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis, and promptly report customer and market trends.
  • Maintain the customer database, track sales progress, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Participate in sales meetings and exhibition activities to enhance the company's brand image and market visibility.
  • Prepare sales reports and report work achievements and sales data to superiors.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Arabic and English, with excellent communication, expression, and persuasion skills.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with sales or customer service experience, and familiarity with the local market is a plus.
  • Positive and proactive personality, results-oriented, with strong negotiation skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and strong execution capabilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Professional appearance with the ability to adhere to formal business attire requirements.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
