Qualifications

  • Valid driving license; willingness to travel frequently within KSA.

  • Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, water supply, and building materials segments.

  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales follow-up.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for management.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will lead the sales operations for PVC pipes and fittings across designated regions. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, leadership experience, and a proven track record in the building materials or PVC manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales and profitability goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, water supply, and building materials segments.
  • Expand the customer base by targeting contractors, distributors, consultants, and government entities.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to strengthen market position.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Provide customized solutions and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
Sales Operations & Execution
