📝 Job Summary

The Sales Manager and Sales Executives are responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for aluminum façade systems, doors, and windows. The roles focus on project sales, key account management, and specification work with developers, consultants, contractors, and architects while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Promote aluminum façade, doors, and window systems to consultants and clients.
2. Project Sales & Key Accounts
  • Manage project sales pipeline from specification to order award.
  • Coordinate RFQs, tenders, technical clarifications, and pricing.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements.
3. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Conduct product presentations and site visits.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
4. Team Leadership (Sales Manager Only)
  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales executives.
  • Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and market guidance.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, production, and installation teams.
  • Support site measurements, approvals, shop drawings, and execution timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing, credit policies, and procedures.
6. Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.
