Foreground is partnering with a leading educational institution in Saudi Arabia to appoint a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead student recruitment and partnership development efforts.

This role requires someone energetic, persuasive, and strategic, a young professional with strong communication skills and a confident personality, capable of representing the institution with credibility and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Lead student recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives across Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and manage relationships with schools, universities, training partners, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in education.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and deliver impactful promotional campaigns and events.
  • Manage inquiries, leads, and conversion pipelines through CRM tools.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, conferences, and corporate presentations.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
  • Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain strong awareness of competitors, pricing, and market positioning.
