Key Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for building client relationships, expanding business, and driving project initiatives in key Middle Eastern markets.
  • Conduct and organize market research to identify and pursue potential clients and key project opportunities.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, including client visits, bid preparation, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and execution follow‑up.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with local government entities, National Oil Companies (NOCs), and partners to enhance the company’s brand influence.
  • Assist the Department General Manager in formulating sales plans and market entry strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate resources between headquarters and local offices to ensure comprehensive commercial and technical support, as well as high customer satisfaction during project execution.
  • Regularly report on market dynamics, competitor analysis, and project progress, providing actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Petroleum Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or Business Management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil & gas, oilfield services, or engineering sectors. Prior experience in the Middle East market is highly preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is a significant advantage.
  • Professional Skills:
  • Familiar with customer relationship management and the tender/bid process within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven ability to independently plan and execute market development projects.
  • Strong skills in commercial negotiation and cross‑cultural communication.
