About the Company A leading industrial company specializing in the production and supply of pure lead and lead alloys is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager with strong experience in industrial and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with B2B clients in the metal, battery, and manufacturing sectors. Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and manage long-term customer partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure competitive positioning. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for top management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably within the lead or metal industry. Proven success in B2B sales and business development across local and international markets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
