Why this role matters

As the Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in driving CES’s continued expansion within the Kingdom. Based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for leading sales and customer relationships across Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on Riyadh Schools. You’ll manage key accounts, drive new business, and lead initiatives to position CES as the partner of choice for international schools across the region.

This role combines strategic leadership and hands‑on delivery — blending business development, relationship management, and operational excellence to achieve ambitious growth targets.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and service existing schools under the Riyadh Schools Platform.
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan outlining key strategic aims and objectives for Saudi Arabia.
  • Own and deliver monthly and annual financial sales targets for the KSA region.
  • Lead on major projects and strategic planning across all regional sales activities.
  • Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations to international schools and key stakeholders.
  • Create bespoke, customer‑winning proposals that address school needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through face‑to‑face meetings with schools and education leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver agreed customer initiatives effectively.
  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Monitor customer feedback and drive service or process improvements where needed.
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and efficiently.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

  • Strong commercial insight and business acumen.
  • Experience working with schools or educational institutions in Saudi Arabia.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the education resources or international schools market.
  • Knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes.
