With 5–7 years of sales experience in the service sector, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid knowledge of customer behavior. This position requires fluent proficiency in Arabic and English, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or service industry within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of customer behavior and sales strategies in the Saudi market.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
  • Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly/yearly targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.

Work location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Sales Manager to lead and develop effective sales strategies aimed at increasing memberships and corporate contracts for fitness clubs. The role focuses on building strong relationships with both individuals (B2C) and businesses (B2B) to achieve revenue targets and sustainable growth.

Key Accountabilities
B2C – Individual Sales :

Develop strategies to attract new members and improve retention and renewal rates.

  • Analyze customer data and behavior to create personalized offers.
  • Manage and coach the in-house sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Enhance the customer experience by following up on feedback and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Execute promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Oversee two separate clubs.
B2B – Corporate Sales :

Identify and target potential corporate clients for group membership deals.

  • Build strong partnerships with large companies, government entities, hospitals, schools, etc.
  • Design customized packages that suit corporate client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals with organizations to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with training and sports services teams to deliver corporate fitness programs and events.
  • Represent the company in industry conferences and exhibitions to expand the business network.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports, analyze results, and propose improvement strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
