We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling Engineering Consulting and Outsourcing solutions to Manufacturing, Petrochemical, EPC Contractors, and other Industrial Clients. This role requires a sales leader with a consultative approach, proven client acquisition skills, and the ability to execute effective sales strategies to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate manufacturing, petrochemical, EPC, and other industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through proactive client prospecting and relationship building.
  • Drive end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to ensure tailored solutions meet client requirements.
