Global Commercial, a key sub-function within Care Enablement, plays a vital role in advancing Fresenius Medical Care’s mission to improve the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. The team brings together Sales, Marketing, Global Sales Excellence, and Global Technical Operations, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality medical devices, technical services, and impactful commercial strategies across global markets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Primarily responsible for achieving the CRRT budget across the entire country
  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives
  • Stays updated on changes in the marketing environment to support business expansion
  • Conducts data analysis, sales analysis, and market/consumer research
  • Oversees marketing, branding, sales, and promotional activities
  • Sets objectives for team members and ensures the achievement of operational results
  • Manages professionals and support staff effectively
  • Implements short-term policies and strategies (1 year or less) to support business execution
  • Escalates or influences decisions on problems requiring changes or improvements in processes and policies
Your Profile
  • Requires a bachelor's degree
  • Has 6+ years of overall professional experience, includes a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Possesses advanced knowledge in clinical area, specialization, technology, or business domain
  • May also have broad knowledge across several areas, usually gained over many years within the professional discipline or sector
  • Communicates with, influences, and persuades both internal and external stakeholders
  • Identifies and implements innovative ideas to drive change and improve business processes
  • Handles problems that are difficult to moderately complex
