About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client relationship management in Khobar and Dhahran. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling construction, contracting, or carpentry/interior solutions within the Saudi market. This role requires excellent networking, negotiation, and project-based sales expertise to grow revenue and build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Khobar & Dhahran.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities with contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to contract closure.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
