Job description
Position Summary:

The Sales Manager will oversee all sales operations related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) materials, tools, industrial hardware, and construction consumables. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving sustainable growth across the construction sector.

Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written) is required, as the position involves direct interaction with Arabic-speaking clients, suppliers, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MEP and construction markets.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitor activity, pricing trends, and client needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contractors, consultants, and procurement managers.
2. Client Management & Project Coordination
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of quotations, technical offers, and follow-ups on tenders and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate between clients, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery and smooth transaction flow.
3. Product & Technical Expertise
  • Maintain deep knowledge of MEP materials, electrical and plumbing fittings, hand tools, fasteners, sealants, and industrial consumables.
  • Provide clients with technical guidance and suitable product recommendations.
  • Work closely with suppliers to secure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
4. Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and business development events.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing, policy, and credit procedures.
