Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve distribution and sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective product distribution strategies across supermarkets and wholesale warehouses.
- Monitor market coverage and ensure consistent product presence in all target locations.
- Prepare regular performance and sales reports for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and key partners.

- Provide continuous training, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in product distribution or FMCG sectors.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
