As the Sales Head for KSA, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, leading business development efforts, and achieving revenue targets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role demands a deep understanding of the regional market, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, managing both new and existing business across sectors such as EPC, Healthcare, Hospitality, Automobile, BFSI, Ecommerce, Logistics, and Oil & Gas.
Your role will also include working closely with other departments like marketing, pre‑sales, and services to deliver a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will act as the company’s face for all external activities in KSA, including participating in corporate events. As a leader, you will manage and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance aligned with business objectives, while continuously gathering market intelligence to refine growth strategies.
