The ideal candidate is a results driven and highly organized sales leader with strong commercial acumen and extensive experience in managing branch sales operations. The role requires a deep understanding of sales strategy, market development, and customer relationship management, along with the ability to lead high-performing teams and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and oversee all daily sales activities and operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and approved sales strategies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of residential product sales policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage all branch sales operations and monitor the execution of sales plans.
- Ensure alignment with branch objectives and contribute to budgeting and cost control activities.
- Supervise the implementation of sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets.
- Define, assign, and monitor roles and responsibilities within the branch sales team.
- Monitor work quality, performance standards, budgets, timelines, and employee performance.
- Ensure the availability of all required tools, resources, and materials to support branch operations.
- Analyze branch sales and operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and submit periodic performance and sales achievement reports to the Area Manager.
- Participate in periodic branch evaluations and resolve issues impacting sales performance.
- Identify, assess, and manage potential risks, and develop mitigation plans in coordination with management.
- Identify annual training needs for branch employees to support performance and company objectives.
- Manage day to day operational issues and take effective decisions to ensure business continuity.
- Lead marketing and sales initiatives for the company’s products and services.
- Drive new customer acquisition while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure sales targets are achieved within approved timelines.
- Ensure adherence to the approved branch budget.
- Evaluate employee performance to ensure effective achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure the delivery of high quality customer service to enhance overall customer experience.
- Welcome customers, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing activities to expand customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA is preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams, drive performance, and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
