Middle East Lock Business Head / Sales Director

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Locking System Sales professional to develop and manage direct sales business in the Saudi Arabia Western Region.

The role focuses on project development, follow-up, and management, working closely with hotel owners, developers, hotel operators, consultants, and contractors to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Development

Actively develop hotel, hospitality, residential, and commercial projects. Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, operators, consultants, and contractors. Identify and secure project opportunities from early stage to tender and award.

2. Project Follow-up & Management

Manage projects from initial engagement through contract signing and delivery. Coordinate with HQ technical, solution, pricing, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Achieve assigned annual and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts. Drive market penetration and brand presence in the Saudi Western Region.

3. Market & Relationship Management

Maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics. Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Job Requirements
Must Have
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Valid Saudi Driving License
  • Proven experience in hotel lock / electronic locking system sales in Saudi
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Western Region market (Makkah)
  • Solid project-based sales experience with the ability to independently manage and close deals
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with international hotel lock brands (e.g. Kaba, Salto, Assa Abloy, or any hotel lock trader or company, etc.)
  • Experience working under a direct sales business model with clear revenue
