Overview
Sales Manager vacancy based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Role title: Key Account Manager - NP (Riyadh).
Responsibilities
- Create, execute and attain annual consumer strategies aligned with overall service and customer strategies while maximizing ROI within key accounts.
- Establish and develop key drivers in the country OMP; ensure execution by leading the MOR and achieving sales targets and budgets while delivering best-in-class service.
- Lead, train, provide regular feedback, and recognize team efforts (direct and BSP teams).
- Support building key client partnerships for sustainable service growth and carry out JBP processes.
- Implement effective investment strategies and enhance list-building through trade shows, telemarketing, direct calls, and other channels.
- Conform to internal SOPs and procedures; review plans annually to ensure validity.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and areas for growth for the company.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Greater than 3 years in Key Accounts, with preference in Out of Home settings.
- Strong experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Proven track record delivering KPIs, especially top-line business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross-functional teams; ability to influence in a matrix organization.
- Experience with NiM in a matrix environment and cross-functional collaboration.
- Practical knowledge of HACCP, health in the F&B sector; technical experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; exceptional skills in Microsoft tools (SAP a plus).
