Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Hotel Sales Manager located in Al Khobar at Holiday Inn Al Khobar - Corniche. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth. Day‑to‑day tasks include overseeing contract negotiations, creating and executing marketing plans, liaising with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service, and managing sales performance metrics of his accounts. The role demands a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the hotel's sales objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, including setting and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Previous experience in hotel industry sales is highly preferred from Riyadh or Eastern province Market.
