The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the plastic manufacturing sector by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and executing sales strategies. This role offers the chance to work with an innovative company dedicated to providing top-notch recruitment solutions across various industries.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in plastics manufacturing.
  • Approach potential clients in injection & blow moulding and tool room / moulds segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle : RFQ → Quotation → Trials → Purchase Order .
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitors, and client requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.
  • Conduct regular client visits across KSA to strengthen relationships.
  • Represent the company in industry events and client meetings if required.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the organization.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales within the plastic manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is essential.
