Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within KSA, with a strong understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their shipping needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with customers and carriers to maximize profitability and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry within KSA.
  • Strong knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding, gateway operations, and current market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within KSA for client meetings.
