Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee enterprise services sales. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in Channel or Corporate Service sales, with a focus on client relationship management and generating new business in the KSA market. Proficiency in communication in both English and Arabic is a must. This position offers travel opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Channel / Corporate Service sales.
  • Strong background in managing existing business and developing new opportunities.
  • Experience in the same domain is highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT solution sales for KSA.
  • Generate and qualify leads, handle the complete sales process.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and resolve escalations.

Job Purpose

Generate profitable enterprise services business. Develop market and identify business building opportunities via collaborative partnerships with vendors and customer. Deliver maximum customer satisfaction through proper account management skills.

Job Responsibilities – Business related
  • Managing end to end IT solution and services sales for KSA to achieve monthly, quarterly, half yearly assigned targets.
  • New Lead generation, Lead qualification, BOQ formation, Value proposition, Pricing strategy, Negotiation and closure (complete sales process) to increase the customer breadth.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence for the Business assigned to him.
  • Designing & proposing a cost-effective solution by working with various team. Negotiate and close with customers.
  • Payment follow up and managing the Account Receivable from customers.
Customer related:
  • Maintaining existing customers, taking care of any escalations and closing issues at war footing.
  • Engaging with the existing customers on regular basis to identify opportunities for Ensure to service.
Vendor related:
  • Periodic meetings with vendor to give them the idea of customers engaged with & for price benefits.
Job Requirement
  • 3-5 Years’ experience in Channel / Corporate Service sales.
  • Mange Exiting business and develop new Business from Identified markets.
  • Preferably candidate got work experience in KSA.
  • Experience in same domain highly preferred.
  • Resource with technical understanding is preferred ( easy to understand business ).
  • Communications Skills English and Arabic - Written and Verbal.
  • Knowledge in MS office usages.
  • Wiling to travel across KSA.
