Job Purpose
To ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, maintain product display standards, and contribute to the overall profitability and reputation of the hypermarket through proactive selling and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Maintain full knowledge of product features, promotions, and pricing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked, clean, and attractive to customers.
- Handle POS transactions accurately and maintain cash / card sales records.
- Report out-of-stock items, customer complaints, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the inventory and receiving team for stock replenishment.
- Build long‑term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of retail or hypermarket sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Work Conditions
- Based on shift rotation (morning / evening).
- Standing and walking for long periods inside the sales floor.
- Uniform and ID card to be worn at all times.
