A leading regional distributor in Riyadh is seeking a Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, increase sales channels, and handle order executions. This role requires 2 years of sales experience and fluency in both Arabic and English. An educational background of at least a diploma is essential. Job description

Job Purpose

Responsible for sending quotations, order execution, maintenance of customer database & lead generation etc.

Responsibilities

• Increasing channel breadth and activating the existing customers whom we have not billed.
• Responsible for negotiation and implementation of strategic sales initiatives, promotions, pricing and new product launches.
• Drive development of customer/channel plans for assigned customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers at various levels to understand needs, address concerns, etc.
• Maintaining pipeline and updating on the progress.
• Responsible for sending quotations, selling pricing, order execution, maintenance of customer database etc.
• Billing to customers.
• Outbound and inbound management like arranging transfer of ownership documents and export documents, payment management and supporting commercial executive for the same, make sure that deliveries to customers are done on time, and following up with customers for overdues.
• Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the departments.
