What You Will Be Selling
As a Sales Executive, you will promote and sell Alesayi Group’s wide-ranging Real Estate and Property Services, along with integrated operational solutions, including:
- Real Estate & Property Services (sales, property management, support services, retail & hospitality)
- Security & Guarding (manned guarding, CCTV, event & VIP security)
- Pest Control & Hygiene (general pest control, fumigation, hygiene audits)
- Facilities & Asset Management (building management, maintenance, support staff services)
- Construction & Landscaping (hardscape/softscape, irrigation, lighting, sports facilities, road works)
- Cleaning & Specialized Services (deep cleaning, industrial shutdown cleaning, pool/tank maintenance, fire & smoke restoration)
Job Summary
Alesayi Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of our diverse portfolio of Real Estate, Property Services, and Integrated Facilities Solutions.
This includes everything from real estate and property-related services (property management, hospitality, construction, landscaping, and support services) to end-to-end operational solutions such as security & guarding, pest control & hygiene, asset management, and specialized cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B, B2P (business to projects), B2G (business to government), and B2C (private/individual clients).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track market activities, including tenders, bids, new developments, and sector trends.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipelines, client communications, and market intelligence.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales acumen with proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Professional presence with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Market awareness and ability to identify emerging business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- High energy, ambition, and adaptability in a competitive sales environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong potential, up to 5 years of sales experience.
- Prior sales experience in Real Estate, Property Services, Facility Services, Property Management, Hospitality, Construction, or Retail of Real Estate is highly desirable.
- A strong client network within these industries is an advantage.
- Preferred Nationality: Saudi Nationals
