Overview Of The Role

The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving and managing sales targets for new and used units, maximizing the sales of Finance and Insurance products, and handling trade-ins and accessory sales. The role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and NPS standards throughout the customer journey within the Saudi Arabian market. This position requires engaging with customers through structured processes, while also collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and other stakeholders. Success in this role depends on meeting monthly sales targets, capturing customer data accurately, and continuing education through mandatory training.

What You Will Do
Sales
  • Achieve monthly unit sale targets by taking the customer on a structured one offer journey.
  • Achieve set trade-in targets with successful trade-in deals.
  • Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets and maintain high F&I penetration rate.
Customer Engagement
  • Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second facing for enhancing customer experience.
  • Lead management through Tel/Web/Walk-in enquiries, ensuring prompt lead response time and high conversion ratio.
  • Capture comprehensive customer data in DMS, including test drive information, Emirates ID, and email address.
  • Ensure 100% completion of mandatory training as per Al Futtaim and OEM requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive activities to counter customer arguments effectively.
