Main Job Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell conversion products/services using solid technical guidance for arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Establish conversion new business, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Collect customer feedback and market trends and communicate them to conversion Engineer & related stake holders.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Consistently achieve conversion sales goals and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe
• Supply management with reports on conversion customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback and collect data as per market demand and customer’s needs.
• Monitor competitors’ products and provide insights on positioning and differentiation.
• Folow-up SASO requirements, & local market needs and regulatory requirements related to conversion vehicle
• Participating in the selection of suppliers.

Main Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Electronic, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• 8 years of overall experience in Automotive Engineering to vehicle manufacturer quality standards
• Experience working with commercial or specialized vehicles (e.g., Utility conversions, Dry Box, Cool Box, Ambulances etc.), advanced knowledge in Toyota and Vehicle System, Legislative requirements,
• Excellent in communication, Time Management & Organizational skills, Problem Solving & Innovation
• PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• The job requires advanced knowledge for Communication skills and technical background
• SCE Certificate

Work Hours

The associate will work with a daily standard of (48) hours per week.
