As the Sales Director - Compression, you will engage in both face‑to‑face and remote sales, assessing customer needs to recommend tailored products and solutions. You will also play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies while managing the product/brand P&L to ensure profitability and return on investment.

• Conduct face‑to‑face and remote sales to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for products and brands.
• Evaluate and manage product/brand P&L, including budgeting and profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Achieve sales targets to drive compensation and business growth.
