Sales Director is a strategic and experienced role to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within the logistics technology sector. In this influential role, you will oversee the entire sales department, define sales strategies, and manage key client relationships while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure cohesive business operations.
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the technology solutions sector.
This role leads, coaches, and motivates the sales team, manages the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and builds strategic relationships with key clients.
Ensures alignment with marketing, product, and operations teams, drives CRM adoption, monitors performance metrics, provides accurate forecasting, and represents Madar in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
