The Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director to drive revenue growth, lead high‑performing sales teams, and expand our market presence in Saudi Arabia and the broader MENA region. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will develop and execute innovative strategies to position InnovationTeam as the go‑to partner for enterprise and government clients, aligning with our mission of delivering transformative solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Strategy and Leadership
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets and market expansion goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in key sectors such as AI, cloud services, and enterprise integration.
Client Engagement
  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise and government stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor to meet their unique challenges.
  • Present tailored, value‑driven proposals to clients, showcasing InnovationTeam’s expertise in digital transformation.
  • Thrives in complex sales environments with long cycles, especially within ministries and government bodies. Knows how to keep deals alive, navigate bureaucracy, align technical and business needs, and drive momentum until the contract is signed.
  • Act as the primary liaison between InnovationTeam and key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Market Expansion
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying and capturing high‑value opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine and execute go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Represent InnovationTeam at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing our brand visibility.
Performance Management
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and exceed targets.
  • Oversee sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to optimize team efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior work experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of global sales strategies, cross‑cultural business dynamics, and enterprise‑level client engagement.
  • Sets a high standard for attention to detail across the sales team, ensuring proposals, contracts, and client interactions are precise, aligned, and risk‑aware. Leads by example, ensuring nothing is overlooked in complex, high‑stakes deals.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with AI, cloud, and enterprise integration technologies is preferred.
