The Role

We seek a Sales Director to lead, develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve high sales, profits, and a broad customer base in alignment with DarGlobal’s business strategy and objectives within UAE and across our global portfolio of assets.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and ensure the sales strategy aligns with the overall strategy.
- Communicate sales plans and targets to the sales team and provide them with sufficient training inputs, guidance, and motivation to achieve targets successfully.
- Review marketing plans for DarGlobal and ensure they support sales objectives effectively.
- Direct and control sales operations to achieve agreed targets and objectives for BTS projects and sales channels.
- Identify new business initiatives in the market which can be converted into revenue-generating opportunities in line with the business objectives.
- Monitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of the sale, and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.
- Establish and maintain a network of business contracts and relationships in the regional and international context to increase market awareness and sales prospects and to obtain critical market/competitor intelligence.
- Review and monitor the sales figures against forecasts; analyze and interpret trends and capitalize on data to maximize sales and profit; make changes to the strategy/approach, where necessary, to adapt to unexpected changes in the business environment and communicate the same to the CEO.
- Proactively promote DarGlobal’s projects through alternative direct sales channels (i.e., exhibitions, road shows, networking events, Government institutions, etc.) and participate in promotional events to network with corporate and high-net-worth potential customers towards the aim of achieving sales targets.
- Provide direction/guidance and motivate subordinates across the Department to enhance performance and produce quality work; ensure the associates are continuously developed for higher levels.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Educated with a bachelor's or master's degree from a university of repute.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience within the local or global markets within the Real Estate Background.
- Strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Well versed in developing effective sales & marketing strategies.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
