Adree is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Team Lead to oversee our team of Sales Development Representatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team while driving lead generation and fostering collaboration between sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the Sales Development Representatives, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team metrics and performance, providing feedback and training as necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns with sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to share updates on objectives, best practices, and industry trends.
- Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Provide reports and insights to senior management on team performance and lead generation efforts.
- Establish a positive and motivating team environment that fosters growth and success.
- Take part in strategic planning and decision‑making to improve overall sales processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Ability to analyze metrics and use data to inform decision‑making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
