Adree is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Team Lead to oversee our team of Sales Development Representatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team while driving lead generation and fostering collaboration between sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor the Sales Development Representatives, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor team metrics and performance, providing feedback and training as necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns with sales goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates on objectives, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
  • Provide reports and insights to senior management on team performance and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications
