Adree is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Initiate contact with prospects to introduce our products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Achieve and exceed targeted metrics for lead generation, qualification, and appointments.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of a 1-year experience within the Technology industry (Software Solutions Services/Products)would be a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to listen actively and ask relevant questions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of motivation and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
