Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Experience with hotel pre-openings is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily operations, including proposals and contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients.
  • Maintain the sales database and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with event planners to execute group bookings.
  • Support pre-opening tasks involving sales systems setup.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
  • Draft and finalize proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate with other departments for guest service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
