Position Overview:
The Sales Consultant plays a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves consultative selling, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed individual and team targets.
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct consultative discussions with clients to understand their business objectives and propose customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle —from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, forecast sales trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
