Job Summary:
Responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Focus on generating new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients through various channels such as calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and deliver tailored sales presentations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and consult with clients to identify their pain points, challenges, and goals.
- Recommend and present appropriate solutions to clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that the terms and conditions are favorable for both the client and the company.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and emerging local market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude:
- Educational Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration or a relevant field. Practical experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Knowledge: Sales Management and business model understanding. Business systems understanding. Basic financial knowledge, reporting, and analysis.
- Technical Skills: Computer Literate and MS Office Proficiency.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales in Heavy Machinery field or a relevant field.
