Job description

Looking for outstanding Sales Associates to produce desirable sales results in our new flagship boutique in Riyadh (Olaya Street) and ensure that sales objectives are met by mastering the sales process and delivering Mouawad's exceptional customer service.

Tasks and Duties:

  1. Greet and welcome customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge to generate sales.
  2. Prepare the boutique for customer visits by checking showcases, displays, and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness. Ensure inventory counts and control at the beginning of each shift.
  3. Maintain an immaculate grooming and appearance.
  4. Handle price negotiations professionally, following Mouawad's Discount Policy.
  5. Upsell and cross-sell whenever possible and promote other Mouawad branches.
  6. Prepare daily sales and cash reports for management.
  7. Maintain the showroom and displays according to the 5S methodology.
  8. Respond to management projects, such as attending events and exhibitions.
  9. At day's end, secure jewelry by removing it from showcases, placing it in the safe, locking the room, and activating the alarm.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  11. Gather market and customer information by engaging with customers and recording their interests.
  12. Meet monthly sales targets as communicated by the showroom manager.
  13. Support team members during sales by providing necessary tools and monitoring jewelry handling.
  14. Attend team meetings and share best practices.
