Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Arabic Sales Executive to grow FatooraOnline’s customer base in Saudi Arabia. The role is 100% sales-focused— managing inbound inquiries, generating outbound leads, conducting demos, negotiating, and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound leads from website, campaigns, and partner channels — qualify, follow up, and close within defined SLAs.
  • Generate outbound leads through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals — build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct persuasive online/offline demos to showcase FatooraOnline’s value and compliance benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals independently to achieve assigned revenue and activation targets.
  • Track all activities in CRM and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current withZATCA e-Invoicing requirements and competitor landscape.
  • Support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within assigned territory.
Skills
  • NativeArabic speaker; English proficiency required.
  • 2–5 years ofB2B sales experience in SaaS / FinTech / ERP / Payment Solutions.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceedingmonthly and quarterly targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
