Qualifications and Experience:

Has a bachelor's or master's degree in Microbiology, Bio chemistry, Bio technology or in related field, plus 3+ years of Experience in similar role preferably in Fully Automated Liquid Handling Instrument environment

Skills and Competencies required:
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in Fully Automated Liquid Handling Instrument (ELISA, PCR setup, Liquid-liquid extraction, Solid phase extraction (SPE).
  • Experience in Automaton Liquid Handling Instrument & Detection for the Clinical Application like Analytical & Genomic segment.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up with end-users to address any queries or needs and assist in troubleshooting
  • Familiar with in local markets and key stakeholders preferably in the Southern Region
  • Client oriented with a solid negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to establish and maintain customer relations
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market trends
  • Full English and Arabic professional proficiency (Speaking, reading and writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft office 365 as well as data analysis and sales metrics
