About the Role

The Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of the WMS portfolio across Saudi Arabia. The position is ideal for an ambitious, well‑networked Arabic‑speaking professional with proven experience in selling supply chain software solutions, particularly WMS, and strong industry relationships across 3PLs, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow WMS adoption across Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across logistics, 3PL/4PL, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, pharma, and distribution industries.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and increased solution adoption.
  • Lead the full sales cycle discovery, solution mapping, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Work closely with pre‑sales and technical teams to deliver customized demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with consistent forecasting and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance client positioning within the KSA market.
  • Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings across the Kingdom.
Requirements & Skills
  • Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with strong English communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience selling WMS or broader supply chain execution solutions (TMS, YMS, OMS, automation, etc.) within KSA.
  • Experience in warehouse automation, robotics, or advanced logistics technologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP and supply chain execution system integrations.
  • Experience working with multinational teams in a consulting or pre‑sales capacity.
  • Strong network and industry connections with supply chain and logistics leaders in the Kingdom.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving enterprise‑level sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, digital transformation, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
